Passport & Visa Information

Passports

It is important that each individual checks the passport validity requirements of the country they are visiting. We recommend that you have at least 3-6 months remaining on your passport at the time of travel as for some countries this is a requirement.

Topflight for Schools requires passport information 6 weeks prior to your departure so it is important to allow plenty of time for your passport application to meet this deadline.

Visas

Please be aware in some individual cases a Visa may be required to travel to your chosen destination and it is each individual’s duty to ensure they have the necessary documents for travel.

All non-EU residents must ensure they have proper documentation which meets the requirements of the relevant Governments for travel into the EU.

Travel to USA

All visitors travelling to and transiting the USA must apply for an ESTA or entrance into the country will not be permitted.  The current fee to apply is $21 per person (subject to change). Each individual must apply and pay for their own Visa. Additional details will be provided to the Group Leader in due course and subsequently passed to parents to start this application process. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/
