Train & Play Scotland
The UK has never had a more vibrant hockey community, with more students than ever taking up sticks. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the Scotland where they have recently hosted the Commonwealth games!
Glasgow- Glasgow may not have Edinburgh’s stately good looks, but as the culture capital of Scotland, it has personality to spare, plus a singular charm that you’ll remember for far longer than your brief visit. With plenty of history and culture, you and your group will be kept entertained from the moment you arrive until you leave.
Edinburgh- Edinburgh is one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, draped across a series of rocky hills overlooking the sea. It’s a town intimately entwined with its landscape, with buildings and monuments perched atop crags and overshadowed by cliffs – in the words of Robert Louis Stevenson, ‘a dream in masonry and living rock’. This beautiful city is not shy of entertainment, with hundreds of attractions for you and your group to visit.
The Glasgow/Edinburgh area is well served with hockey clubs. Among those which are available to Topflight Sports for Schools clients are: Glasgow Green (Commonwealth Games venue), Clydesdale Hockey Club and Hutcheson’s Grammar among others
